Northwestern Medical School. An elite medical institution for the best of the best. Aspiring doctors, surgeons, and technicians from all over the country travel for just an interview with the school. Even then, the acceptance rate is a mere 38%, one of the lowest in the country for medical schools. Those who are lucky enough to receive an acceptance letter have to endure a rigorous workload with hours upon hours of studying in order to pass one exam. Out of the students that enter Northwestern, only 60% end up graduating. But those 60%, they become some of the best doctors the country has ever seen.

And then there's Ellie, strutting down the halls in a skimpy dress and stilettos in the middle of winter. In a place surrounded by social awkward, bookworms, Ellie took pride in her appearance and social status. She took a seat in the lounge of the library and started flipping through a magazine. She was planning a party and wanted everything to be just right. While everyone else in the library was making sure they knew the ins and outs of heart disorders, the socialite was making sure she knew the ins and outs of a functioning new year's party.
