THE YEAR IS 2013... AND WHAT A YEAR IT IS.
the thing with rumors is that they tend to spread. when one person finds something out you
can almost guarantee that other people soon will and three particular rumors have the supernatural
world rather uneasy. the whispers of a child born to a werewolf mother and a hybrid father. the baby
would be born half werewolf, half vampire and many of the supernaturals fear a child with such
strength could dessimate entire continents, but with the original family hell bent on protecting it
nobody can seem to gather enough information and some members of the community grow
worried about the child having witch abilities. afterall it's grandmother ester was a witch.
"...a witch is from nature, a vampire is nature's abomination... you can't be both."
rebekah once spoke those words, but as the baby was born and not made into a vampire by
supernatural means people argue that the baby is a part of nature so anything could be possible.
------------ MEANWHILE A NEW PROJECT BEGINS FROM AN OLD ONE. -------------
augustine vampire won't have meant much to anyone way back when. but rumors are now r
eaching ears about new vampires being stronger than much older vampires. this particular
rumour has the vampire community in quite a stir, not knowing how or why such creatures
are made. the augustine society at whitmore college hold vampires for their experimentation
purposes. cutting chunks of them out just to see them grow back. figuring out their strengths and t
heir weaknesses. those vampires under the augustine 'treatment' are modified so that humans
are no longer their source for food. an augustine vampire is more likely to feed on the blood of
another vampire and because of this, they are much stronger than regular vampires
----------------- VAMPIRE TO HUMAN?? -----------------
katherine pierce, a notorious vampire is now a human and news of that has travelled fast. theres a
way to cure vampirism? a lot of people want to know these answers and so that would put katherine
in quite a predicament. despite the fact it has only happened once and despite the fact katherine is
now dying, there are some vampires out there who wish to become human again at whatever the cost.
----------------- THE QUESTION REMAINS -----------------
will the original family be able to keep haley and the child safe? will damon be able to face his past as
an augustine vampire and put an end to the project? will elena, bonnie and caroline have the college
experiences they wish? will katherine figure a way out to prevent death? and most importantly, will
the supernatural world accept these changes or will they reject them?
