The story of Elizabeth Sterling is a tragic one. Her father didn’t have alcohol as an excuse for the things he did, only anger and frustration. It started with her mother and eventually he went after Sterling, and after years of putting up with it, she decided to stand up. That’s when he almost killed her, and how she’s here today.

friends | Elizabeth is normally a kind person, but has serve trust issues and emotional damage, built up from day after day of living. It formed a callous where it stopped her hurting her anymore. She needs someone to bring her out of her shell and teach her to live again.

enemies | She’s extremely distrustful of men, so good luck there. Anyone who hurts someone else is an enemy to her.

lovers | Doubtful right now, she’s scared of opening up and trusting someone, fearing they may abandon her or worse.

Eli & Elizabeth. Eli is a kind hearted, flower child if you will. He is all about spiritual and emotional healing alongside physical, medical healing. He might stop by to recommend a psychologist to Elizabeth, but seeing as she doesn't really trust men, he might have a hard time convincing her which would hurt him because he wouldn't hurt a fly...typically.

Ellie & Elizabeth. I can't see these two being friends at all. I'm not even sure if they would really ever encounter each other. Ellie is a shallow bitch and I honestly don't think she would give Elizabeth the time of day if it wasn't for medical reasons.

I think Elizabeth and Brennan are alike in that they need someone to bring them out of their shelves some. Brennan's quiet and reserved, occasionally a little grumpy with a negative attitude towards life. However, he can be kind and considerate and would never intentionally cause another person emotional or physical harm. Since she's distrustful towards men, she might have a difficult time trusting him or even wanting to be around him. Perhaps he finds himself asking about her, to make sure she's doing well?
