The sort you either love or hate. Mad as a bloody hatter, uncontrollably loud, outrageous in every way she could possibly be, vain, spontaneous and entertaining (depending on your view point). However, her temper isn’t one to be overlooked either and once ignited it’s unlikely to quieten until 1) the entire castle has heard just how ridiculously furious she is and 2) the resulting grudge has lasted for the better part of her life. As her withholding grudges would suggest, she’s also a stubborn sort, resolutely convinced that whatever she feels passionately about is so surely the right way forward that she’s unlikely to even stop briefly to listen to reason. This does also have the upside of making her an uncommonly loyal friend and will happily step to the forefront in a friend’s hour of need.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
She’s in love with herself and not afraid to share it with the world. That said, she can also be uncannily good at helping other people to find it in themselves too.
The. Girl. Can. Not. Shut. Up.
Just say goodbye to any peaceful, reflective or restorative ‘quiet time’ or silence. It doesn’t exist around her. If she’s not nagging, she’s plotting, if she’s not plotting, she’s complaining, if she’s not complaining, she’s gossiping, if she’s not gossiping, she’s bitching, if she’s not bitching...well she’s just talking...and don’t worry, she never runs out of things to talk about and by now she’s so used to people’s eyes glazing over she very rarely expects a response. On the plus side; just wave goodbye to those awkward silences.

Now, how do we phrase this? Tam is...urm...well, as her less adoring public like to put it, a bit of a slapper, slut, whore...whatever you like to call it. Having the added trait of a blatant lack of shame she’s not exactly quiet about it either and as a result her promiscuity has become not only known but also a widely appreciated fact. She likes the idea of romance but lacks the patience to see it through making her a little unreliable with pure intentions and easy prey for any bloke smart enough to know how to get there. It also provides fuel to her frequent self inflicted ‘poor me’ episodes and leaves her naive in the subject of actual relationships (she could tell you all kinds of things about the other sort...). Occasionally she convinces herself she’s infatuated with some bloke or other, mostly those who she knows she can’t have (she loves a scandal, even unwittingly) and as a result she has a few urm...not so friendly acquaintances.
There’s a time and a place...
Perhaps one of Tam’s most irritating traits is her unwillingness to butt out. She fancies herself a matchmaker and although her success rate is pretty high this usually involves a great deal of patience on the recipients’ end and a great deal of nagging on hers. She’s extremely confident herself and therefore fails to understand why a little thing like timidity get in the way.

For the sake of it, Tamara George now has a practically identical cousin with a personality that seems to be a family trait. Anyway, with that sorted!

Then again, she was also pretty surprised when she not only came out of it all with a liver still intact but also a cluster of good qualifications and a desire to become a doctor...or something like that. Her decidedly stuffy, middle class family were thrilled at the prospect that not only was she likely to actually become more than a vapid party mad nympho, she may even be the much coveted 'doctor in the family'. In essence, it was that that pushed her to it, out of the options given her - medicine appealed most because of the personal aspect and if nothing else, she's a master of patient care.
